RETURN POLICY

MANUFACTURING DATE VS. EXPIRATION DATE

For your safety most all Sacramento Naturopathic Medical Center products are shipped with an inner safety seal and / or an outer protection seal. If you receive a product that is damaged or is missing a safety seal please contact our office for a replacement.

Do not use any product that appears damaged or that appears tampered with.

All products either contain an Expiration (EXP) date or a Manufacturing (MFG) date.

Unless otherwise specified, products that have a Manufacturing date (MFG) date have a (3) year shelf life.

UNOPENED OR ITEMS WITH A MANUFACTURER DEFECT:

  • If you return an UNOPENEDitem or an OPENED unused item that is defective, that is, A VISIBLE MANUFACTURER DEFECT, you are welcome to send it back to us within 30 days for an exchange or a full refund including shipping costs. We will provide you a return label. Please call our office at 503-230-7990.
  • If you return an UNOPENEDitem because you simply changed your mind you are welcome to send it back to us within 30 days for a full refund minus return shipping costs.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
  • Enclose the original packing list with the item. Be sure to keep a copy for your records. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
  • All products must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions), ship the return package to:

  • Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our office.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 1 week of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
  • If you would like an unopened item replaced with another flavor or product of equal value, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item.
